St George Utah Real Estate Market Conditions for December 2011~

St George Utah Real Estate Market Conditions showed little change in December 2011 from November 2011.  Average sales price decreased from $202,247 to $197,507 which is approximately -2.25%. Total number of homes sold in December 2011 also decreased slightly, from 234 sold in November 2011 to 230 sold in December 2011.  I’m sure part of this decrease is due to the holidays.
